Donna Howes is an Ōtautahi Christchurch artist known for her flowing, pattern‑rich style inspired by the forms and rhythms of Aotearoa’s natural world. Her work highlights the individuality and quiet energy of each subject, bringing attention to each bird’s conservation status and the stories held within its environment. Donna is part of the Arts Canterbury team, supporting exhibitions and creative projects across the region. Her paintings are held in private collections throughout New Zealand and Australia.
