Peter Beadle

Peter Beadle

Peter Beadle is a leading New Zealand landscape painter, particularly noted for his mustering scenes. Born in 1933, Peter lives in the lower South Island, close to New Zealand’s most magnificent scenery – the mountains and rainforests of Fiordland, the drylands of Central Otago and the golden tussock of the Mt Cook region. His special affinity to these places finds expression in the mystical light often seen in his paintings. Peter has been commissioned extensively by some of New Zealand’s largest organisations and his paintings can be found in galleries, boardrooms and private collections worldwide.
