Alison Hale
Alison Hale BFA (Otago SOFA 96) is an established full time artist recognized for her equine works both in oil on canvas and glass throughout New Zealand and Internationally. Her unique style aims to capture the movement, attitude and spirit of the rural life on the West Coast of the South Island where she has lived and worked since a young age.
Alison has mastered the technique of applying oil paint to a glass surface. It creates a unique depth, translucence and fluidness that is entirely captivating.
