Yahn LEstrange is a Christchurch based artist and the owner of the LEstrange Art Gallery.

LEstrange’s surrealist dreamscapes often depict emotionally-charged, abstract symbolism: visual references to regional history, and formative personal experiences. The artist's conceptually-loaded compositions accredit the Metaphysical art movement. Moreover, his black-hearted subject matter particularly acknowledges his reverence for New Zealand Gothic art.
